Knob of butter
heaped teaspoon of dijon mustard
juice of half a lemon
simmer for a few minutes
add 100ml of cream
check the seasoning
add to the fish.

Some fresh parsley or dill would have been good but I was all out.

That sounds really good, as myself, I am boring and find Snapper very bland and don't eat it often, for that reason, but I dare say this would give it that little zing with the lemon sauce? Wink

Light crumb then tossed in the ol home cooked sweet n sour , onions carrot.
On hokkien noodles, closest thing to earth worms to eat.

Always delicious this post.
Every now and then I see my place doesn't look to rough to post.

Sashimi, sushi and veg.
My sushi is crap to look at in build technique but good on the tooth.
I have pacific oysters, blue fin tuna, trevaly my wife's favourite sashimi ,fresh king salmon.
Dressings are ponzu, mirin, soy, soywasabi and Necap manis, ginger, yum yum mayo, lemon, wasabi.
Veges are, spring onions, cucumber, carrot, sweet capsicum.and bamboo shoots..

Washed down with sparkling sake for her indoors and warm clean sake for me.

A change from pizza night.

What restaurant you in.

Love the caulis, which love lemon and zest.
