Any users of Fin Nor Santiagos out there? I have 6 of each of SA50 and 80W, which I have acquired over the past 12 years. Not without their problems, but solid reels that have by and large performed well. Zebco, who manufactured them stopped making them in 2018, which was a bit of a shock, but parts remained available through their website until last year, when Pure Fishing (Penn, Shakespeare...etc) bought the Fin Nor brand. I contacted them in the states to see if they intended to support the Santiago with parts, but whilst they acquired all Zebco's Fin Nor parts stock, once that is gone, there will be no more. They gave me a list of what fitted my reels and I bought some useful items, there wasn't a lot of items, of the 105 part numbers for each reel, available. Not good news. If there is anybody with these reels, looking to move them on I would be keen to get some to break down for parts. If there is anyone who likes the reels, but like me, hates their "stealth " clickers, I have the answer for that.

Hey mate I just got my first 50w Santiago
I'm in South Australia so not alot available here except second hand.

I'm interested in a parts list and link to spare parts please 🙏

And info on the clicker as mine is pretty **** also my mate has a 80w model and his is just as bad.

Furthermore, is there a solid spec sheet more so with the drag output info for each size @strike & full, I only found basic specs of the line it takes ECT.

Any help mate thankyou 🤙🦈

I am currently overseas until the 28th February,
I have the schematics for the SA50W at home that I can share upon my return.
I have also designed a replacement clicker that uses a Penn International Ii clicker that requires a small amount of machine work to install, along with a custom nut and clicker pin. Works way better than the Fin Nor design.
If you can post an email contact, I can send the info on my return. Parts are an issue for these reels unfortunately. As I said, I got quite a few parts from Pure Fishing back in 2022, but things like frames and spools were not available (I needed a spool for an SA80W, but there were none) I have bought a couple of used 80s and a new 50, so will dismantle any older reels for those parts I f I need them. The only real problems I have had have been with the clickers and the buttons sticking on the drag lever..There was also the drag info on the owners manual, which I also have at home. I only set mine to 8kg at strike, which gives 11-12 at Sunset, which is as much as is wanted for 24kg IGFA test line. They can give a lot more than that if you wanted to use overtest line. Again I can supply that info when I get home.

Legend thankyou , I found the dismantled diagrams and parts list.

My drag button is stuck but still selects the desired drag area (strike ECT)
Clicker spring loaded lever is sloppy and drag clicker obselete, clicks when I wind tho 🤷 haha

I read 50lb strike 80lb full if so desired , that's like 22kg strike 36kg full. That's heaps! Specs are outstanding wish this reels were still made but none the less keen to play and find some more there radical.

[email protected] is my email would love a chat.

I have plenty of the clickers that I replaced when I modified mine. I will send you a reply by email. The drag lever cam be dismantled, the spring and blade inside will have rusted up.
I had a tool to clamp the button body, so it doesn't damage the chrome, while it is unscrewed. The parts will clean up, as they are stainless (of sorts) I lube mine with Inox.
