Got home and checked fuel lines filters etc 

Water pumping well

Compression all 130 

Fuel pump suppling ok 

Plugs bit wet 

Put it back together with muffs, started well, revved free on hand throttle.

Put it in the tide and started easy, pumped water well, then idle rough and had trouble to get it to run long enough to get it in gear, finally in gear and same thing 1500 rpm max at about the right throttle setting any more throttle and it dies.

Any help would be appreciated.
