Attempting to make my own softbaits but cannot find Plastisol in NZ, can anyone help. Have tried to bring in from the states but 2 websights do not send to NZ. Hopefully can purchase in NZ???

You can now buy everthing you need to make your own Softbait from Hooked On Softbait. Check out their listings on Trade Me. Get their starter kit which includes Soft Plastic Blend, a choice of colours (Fluro Green, Bubble Gum Pink, Jelly Red and Pealescent), Glitter to add sparkle, attractant to give you the edge and two re-usable custom Moulds to make a 5" Jerk Shad and a 4 " Flick bait. A 500ml bottle of the plastic will make up to 100 baits and at $25 a bottle thats 25c a bait

Have not been able to find anyone in nz that supplies plastisol. Best site to import from aussie is u-make-emsoft plastics, have used for the last fifteen years of making soft baits. They also sell all gear you will need and very good prices. Also Lurecraft in the USA will ship to nz but it is pricey. If your making lures for sea fishing buy HARD compound the soft is to easy for fish to rip off. Tight Lines Ste
