Still at whiritoa. Got a fish salad yesterday, one each of snapper, KY, blue cod and Trev. Been windy! Hard offshore so I’ve been fishing in close mostly…

Managed one session off Whangamata for two just about legal throwbacks. Pretty slow going. Pretty snotty and windy, so didnt venture out as wide as I would have liked.

Cheers Bill, been surfcasting and trouting alot more the last couple of years. Have started catching off the sand in the last couple of weeks so should be able to fluke some off the yak.
