I fear a tough time for both the ABs and the Wallabies this weekend.  It's not often I tip against the ABs.
SA 21; ABs 13

AB's 30
Bokke 27

To be fair, I really think the SA's will win at Ellis Park but don't tell anyone I said that. My SA boss said my prediction was a big call for someone who wants to work for him. We both agreed it will be two tough games. He even thought the AB's would win the second game.

Hopefully I still have a job on Monday Smile

It's the third game of a new era. Fozzie got off to a crook start but had those fullas winning soon enough. The odd AB loss isn't the end of the world - we just need to remember that the world has caught up to the winningest team ever in rugby. Win or lose, it will be a good contest and if we do lose - at least we will lose to the worlds best. But yeah nah, 27 Bokke 30 AB's!

Imo the NZRU needs to move with the times and the rest of the world and make players playing abroad eligible for AB selection.  Rugby union is an international professional sport. Why penalize yourself by making some of the best players on the world stage ineligible for selection.  Disapprove

Salty is the man Thumbs Up
Someone has to say it - what's the point of having a TMO when they don't call an obvious knock on during the scoring motion.  This cost the ABs the match, fk the Irish TMO.

Well done Salty! It was a tough game and just the sort of test both sides needed.

Another tough match this weekend.  I expect the ABs to be fired up after the scoreline loss last weekend.  Some interesting changes to both teams this week.  Whilst I appreciate Beauden Barrett's impact coming off the bench, that equates to having arguably your best playmaker in the team on the field for only half of the match.  I don't get that.
With hopefully the rub of the green going the ABs way this week, ABs 27; SA 24.

I'm still concerned about our line-out options and mid field. Also can't help thinking it's sink or swim for Sititi.
We need to lose the win every game mindset and remember we're rebuilding and will be way more competitive this time next year.
Anyway, sadly

This is becoming a bit of a habit Salty Thumbs Up
I came away with mixed feelings from this game.  Whilst the ABs were never out of it, I felt they were never really in it either.

Have to agree FA. The Bokke were always in with a chance. Treat this as a team building exercise. Three years until the world cup. How good was Wallace Saititi?

The Boks were very cunning last week and this week. AB's not too far behind, give them time

Yep Wallace Sititi had a great game, especially considering he normally plays No.8.  Cody Taylor was the other standout I thought.
