Yep, it's been a great 24 hrs. I hit the trifecta:
1. Change of Gov. in NZ,
2. Defeat of the Voice referendum in Aus, and
3. The ABs get the job done.  What an awesome game it was.  Still buzzing.

The South Africa vs France game was another nail biter.  The French can be rightly aggrieved by some of the ref's decisions imo, however having said that, had they had been a bit smarter, especially about the timing of passes, they would be playing this weekend.

Four years ago though I would never have picked the Boks to beat England in the final.

Well picked Kitno. I thought there would at least be a couple of tries from the Argies After they flogged Wales. They were tough, just not savvy enough. 

I still don't understand why they chose Finlay Christie for his defence over Roigard. But yeah, they are all great pro players and I've only ever watched the game

The Boks sneak home again.  The Poms had them rattled for much of the time I thought.
More kicks in the game than many soccer matches. Salty for the closest pick.

That was way closer than I thought it would be, along with everyone in the world apart from 80 million English people. Have to hand it to The Poms, they know how to control a game where it counts but then again how good were The Boks! Adapting to the conditions and the style of play that the English are so good at - even if it is boring rugby - it's still within the rules. 

We are in for a real battle. May the best team win.

After 70 minutes of nothing working for the boks, they got it sorted for the last 10. For me, the two best teams have made it to the final.

I agree, the two best teams are through, but boring as they were England played a very smart game. I think it will be way closer than that. I think the attrition rate will determine the final score. Yellow and red cards will be both our friends and enemies
