hi there
after lots of help from members on here about what product to use to clean up my 440 fyran everyone suggested using "ali bright" so i went and purchased some of this and am getting ready to go over my hull with it.just thought i would clarify a couple of things before i go ahead with it.according to the label its an acid based cleaner that u spray on and then hose off.whats the ratio to water that u would typically use?
and does this ali bright affect sealant on the bottom edge of the underside of my boat? for example will il start eating away at it so i have to re-seal boat afterwards?
and similar to last question does it eat away at decals and paint etc?
just wanna make sure of this before i do it as last 6 months have been spent doing a huge re-haul on this boat(new outboard new canopy, new ff,new bloody everything)
and would hate to muck up the fyran decal.
any help would be much appreciated

ur right it does lose the shine on my pontoons which were nyalic i scotched pad them then sprayed 2k metallic silver and what a difference once painted its so easy to keep like new the nyalic is a very good etch primer i also sprayed automotive clear over the silver to give the shine,,,i will do my transom at some stage the same,,this is what it now looks like
