Have not seen the need for 2 hooks. Tail hook makes the floating lure point more skywards if you prefer this style of presentation. Rig mine the same as LBD above , inline hooks except I have tail hook pointing down , theory being on floater fish hit from below or the side .
Also single hooks a lot better for fish and angler.

Initially tried rigging belly hook with assist rig but must be kept relatively short to avoid it getting caught up on the other hook,

I did a lot of experimentation with that lure and decided on inline shogun 7/0 and 9mm owner split rings.......work much better than trebles as the lure surfaces much quicker.........here is one with 8/0 on but i downsized to 7/0.

Inlines'' they are a lure that dosn't like a lot of weight as far as floaters go. 3/0 treble on belly 2/0 treble on rear, or a inline on back, decoy or similar, or inlines all round

I own a few Starwalker 180f and was wondering what size and style of hooks would work best on them? 

I normally use the same size hook lures are sold with, but they are sold un-rigged to make things difficult.
