I prefer to roll my fish in egg yolk and then coat it in Paris Hilton before nibbling. Quite nice like that, when the wife is away and all.

If I catch a trout tomorrow I am going to cut it up in to chunks then coat it mashed potatoe -crumb and fry..it comes higly recomended. Ok fullahs- heres one I swiped of an Auzzie the other day- it works bloody beaut.

Get some fish, flour, egg and a bag of salt'n'vinegar potato chips.

Dust the fish in flour, then drag through beaten egg, then put it into a plastic bag filled with crushed potato chips.
