I reckon OP is on the money with this one. &nbsp;Better to spend the three hundy or so he recommends than to just box on and find you are faced with a massive bill later which could so easily have been avoided. &nbsp;If it were me I would be asking OP for his advice as to the best mechanic in your area so you can get this job done correctly.<div><br></div>]]>

There is a built in rev limiter when the alarm sounds to avoid doing major engine damage.<div>Two causes of constant alarm on your motor is&nbsp;</div><div>1 - Overheat</div><div>2 - Fuel restriction. That motor has a vacuum switch fitted to fuel system.</div>]]>
