I'd have a guess and say the lead isn't hot enough or/and the mould isn't hot enough. I heat the mould over the lead for a while. Once you've made a few in the mould it will be warm enough to keep going. When you stop to melt more lead leave the last sinker/s in the mould to help keep it hot.<br>]]>
