They have quite a different taste compared to the farmed ones. <br>However given that I once filleted and then battered some of a&nbsp; 30lb salmon (as in fish n chips battered), my taste buds might be a little off<img src="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /><img src="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /><br><br>Pickled and then cold smoked is the way to go<br><br>]]>
