Hey Catch,
 
Yeah the YFT action on the topwater was great fun, although for me the highlight was the Yellowspot Trevally smash just before the storm hit, less than 100 metres off the back of backline....
 
We weren't more than a mile or possibly 2 miles offshore for our entire trip, we were land based, and no need to run to far....
The area we fished is the base for all trips leaving to Bassas de India where I went last year.....

Sounds like the YFT was the highlight catch on the topwater gear, how far off shore or was your sail to get there?

Using an iPad app called Snapseed for the pics..... probably a bit overdone, and no doubt I'll get bored of it soon, but anjoying it for now!
