Hey Reece I would with for a Smith GTK- 77SJH they are awesome rods! You can throw stickbaits up to 110g with this stick.

Talk to Boulder or Sidfishus they have both been usuing one for the past year and match it to a Diawa Saltiga 4500H if you want to run PE5.

The 4500H and 5000H spools are interchangeable anyway.

If you want to run PE6 go for the Diawa Saltiga 5000H

I went for the 4000h because I found the stella 10k/8k (both are same physical size basically just a few grams in it) to big for my lighter set and the stella 5k just wasnt big enough for me, It felt a little under powered in hand compared to the 4000h, I have nailed some great fish on this rig. But it is my smaller rig and I have a bigger gun rigged and on hand if needed. The 4000h feels exactly in the middle of the stella 5k-10k/8k, It has no shortage of grunt and with the drag cranked up it will fold up the gtk. Depending on wether you are planning to have one outfit or more (surface fishing is fatally addictive) maybe the stella 8k/10k matched up with the correct rod might be more of a middle weight rig and you can fish it either up or down depending on the targets, having two spools for the one combo is great pe4/pe6 for example. 
I take both of these combos out each surface fishing trip so can give you an honest impression of both. Hope this helps in some way.
