I usually use a handful of laundry powder. Pretty harsh, but it really scrubs the sh*t off your hands. old fishermen never die, they just smell that way

baking soda water and juice of half a lemon. or you can add 2 drops of vanilla essence if you want to smell like a girl.

+1 Jif is the best to clean grease, oil, fish or anything of hands... 

vinegar or lemon juice to get rig of the smell...

I have found orange skins are fantastic, eat orange in the morning, keep skins in a plastic bag with a bit of water so they dont dry out, rub skins on hands when get back to car, smell gone, hands smell like oranges.
