    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=79831">TOSF</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 75083<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 Jan 2012 at 7:23am<br /><br />We use 100 and 60lb on our Stella 10000's seems no point in buying the 80lb as it is thicker than the 100lb, great braid, good price and seems to last very well and casts good, not sure on capacity on 8000 or 10000 but we have never had an issues with not enough string, crew have caught Yellow fin over 50kegs and never any danger of being spooled, should be fine a average Kingi. After a bit of use it is hard to tell the difference in size between the 60 and 100lb, I pulled two reels out the other day and could not pick the difference in size. Good stuff you will not regret buying. I think the colored braid is a little thicker? I will say that splicing it is a pain in the butt and the older it gets it is impossible. We have started using the 100lb as backing on our Tiagra 50WRSL's get about 1100m and a 200m 80lb top shot.]]>

I chase GTs on a Saragosa 8000 , and I have not had to worry about enough line &#091; 50 lb &#093; JB.]]>

I could only get my hand on the multi colour hollow in 60lb 300yds. I read that all braids are essentially white as they can't actually colour the pe line, essentially they add a colour coating.
