Very cool Ian,If those are on your doorstep I envy you! Sam's lures have developed alot over the last year,well not even quite a year.
 
I am off to chase those in about 33 days but who is counting..Stern Smile!!

Guys I would like to share with you some light tackle GT poppers I had Sam from Reel Appeal lures make for me . I have been chasing GTs on light gear for a couble of years now ,  I even had CTS design me a blank for these poppers , I am also lucky in where I live , as there are heaps of them , my specs to Sam was a popper around 40 gram and as strong as a large popper but smaller , 4 1/2 in , I will have Owner SJ 41 7/0 singles on them , that is the size I found best , what I was using for a reel was a Saragosa 4000 , one mighty little reel , best GT to date on it is 25 kg , BUT after 20 odd GTs it hates me know , in other words stuffed , but it says something about the Saragosa . now I have a 8000 , [ and yes I have stellas ] and 50 lb Jerry Brown .
