    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=76145">PoppinTonga</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 66283<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 May 2011 at 4:40pm<br /><br />I have had a Monster Mesh for near 2 years now and really like it. &nbsp;I use it for GTs on boats and land based and have put some serious pressure on it. &nbsp;It is a really light rod and is good for casting up to about 150gr lures. &nbsp;Anything more is just too much. &nbsp;It is a good "combo" rod for sticks and poppers. &nbsp;In my opinion the only draw back of the rod is the gap in the eva foam on the butt. &nbsp;On a boat the rod holders rub on area with out the foam and scar the finish.]]>
