maybe the sinkers made in China generally have around 1500 faulty per 10,000 as well

We do have a few faulty heads coming through, the flaws are in the finish of the paint some have dings in them I would say 1-2 per 100. We assemble the Cyclops in New Zealand by hand which allows us to filter out any heads we are not happy with.

My suggestion for improvement is simple:

1) I would try and find a solution to eliminate the split rings there

2) I would redesign the hooks so they have a cork remover type wire spiral ( twist lock ) which is proven to be one of the best ways to keep the softbait in place - most of the problems I had with the cyclops are because the softbait easily slips out of the hook

Everything else is sweet as in my opinion
