I assume it was a LCX 15, 16 , or 18 model. They are actually very good chartplotters in that price range (don't need to display the FF side if not being used). Personally I don't like the Lowrance fishfinder technology in that generation of units, but their chartplotting is as good as any and better than most in their price range. The Eagle range are basically a rebranded Lowrance unit and worth looking at for a good deal. Hog Dog - there are some great deals to be had on some Raymarine chartplotters, ex showroom units all in good nick and to be sold with full warranty etc...
