Few planks over top or make a tin lid&nbsp;, wood chips &#111;n bottom of sink then just sit over gas burner.</P><P>Works quite well for a quick smoke. </P><P>cheers</P>]]>

Put oven tray &#111;n top and brick &#111;n that. 15 minutes later all d&#111;ne.</P><P>If you've got the BBQ and the brick, it should cost you no more than $20 total at the Warehouse for the Dish, the rack and the tray. For 'cold' smoking, put a burner in the ash tray under the kettle. For hot, put fire in the kettle. It also holds more than the rectangular smokers and you can regulate the heat thru the top vent. </P><P>You can also pick them up very cheaply at the sec&#111;nd-hand shops (I paid $25 for mine - it is not a Weber but it does the trick!). </P><P>Cheers</P><P>Keith</P>]]>
