You can edit it however. Up until that post has been replied to, it canbe deleted.&nbsp; To change that would also be another customisation of the code and another thing toconsider every time we need to do an upgrade to keep the forum softwarecurrent. The recent major upgrade has taken forever mainly because of the customisation. Another way to manage it would have been to enable the poster of the thread to be able to delete the thread but&nbsp; that's not a practical option.<br><br>The BSE forum doesn't significantly impact server space or bandwidth, thanks to ICONZ who manage our infrastructure.<br><br>I agree we need to encourage a simple etiquette in the Buy SellExchange forums, and that is that once the item is sold, the vendor hasthe decency to edit their initial post with .... <br><font size="6" color="#ff0000">Sold.<br></font>as many currently do so it's clear to any prospective buyer.<br><br>But/Sell/Exchange is a service that a lot have found useful and hopefully people using it can make it work well with minimal effort. We're always keen to improve what we do and the services we provide and appreciate the feedback and suggestions.<br>]]>
