    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=49855">Bjocque</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3655<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 Feb 2004 at 6:13pm<br /><br /><P><!-- Z&#111;neLabs Popup Blocking Inserti&#111;n -->finally d&#111;ne it, seen it &#111;n g&#111;ne fishin and been dying to give it a go, heres my way;</P><P>1. split cray body and tail down middle and crack open shell but leave in &#111;ne piece.</P><P>2. remove mustard/kidneys(?) and poop shoote.</P><P>3. good coating of golden syryp (grameh(?) sinclair raves bout lem&#111;n pepper (but them i'm not sp&#111;nsered by masterfoods), tried it, didn't take to it, prefer the original flavour move meself, might try some other herbs sometime (garlic etc).</P><P>4. 1 or 2 handfulls of sawdust into bottom of little hot smoker. mine fits into my bbq if i take out a plate and it fits beautifully just above the burner (both smoker and bbq are ware whare spesials) and does away with effing bout with kero.</P><P>5. flash up barbie set to half, fit smoker into&nbsp;bbbq, adjust heat to keep smokin, didnt seem to&nbsp;need much, turned down to almost low</P><P>6. 20 minute (mighta been a bit much) devour and beat off the knockers and ma maori boys at work &nbsp;"oooh whats that terry, gis a try!"</P><P>7. give into em but give the sh*t bout you shoulda left me more of my catch to try this out &#111;n, not just boiling em all up.</P><P>have always devoured the tails, been a bit iffy &#111;n bodies, but oh moi sweet mary and jaysus!!! wooo hoooo the legs and feelers get a lovely smokie taste and just rock! am definitely doing this again, hope my secret cave fills up again. </P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>try it, you might just be impressed, i was!! comments/hints welcome<&#083;CRIPT language=java&#115;cript>postamble();</&#083;CRIPT></P>]]>
