Nice one Ross, I haven't heard of this but it sounds like a good one to have ready for when there is no smoker available.

During the weekend we experienced an amazing taste sensation which is most likely common knowledge. However we'd not enjoyed this before so here goes.

Kahawai, filletted and poached in pineapple juice tastes just great. I didn't know it could be so good. Usually we eat it raw or smoke it.

Is it as good with other juices?
