However we'd not enjoyed this before so here goes.</P><P>Kahawai, filletted and poached in pineapple juice tastes just great. I didn't know it could be so good. Usually we eat it raw or smoke it.</P><P>Is it as good with other juices?</P><P>Buggar, now I've got to catch more!</P><P>Ross</P>]]>
