Pleanty of tuatuas in the beds and Lots of good sized paddle crabs about too, we threw out a birdsnest of old line with some bait on the middle on a old cheapo surfcaster and got quiet a few for bait/burly/food. Taking a few should help even up the tuatua to crab ratios out there after people gather tuatuas.
Lots of rock options there and the snapper are moving into the harbour/urqharts bay area. Thats on top of all the excellent advice that Rocko gave.
That said, I'd take so much stuff that you need to bring a trailer which hopefully you only have the one the boat is on.

Failing that, give me a holler closer to the time and we can go for a shot up the harbour in the boat as the fish should be all up around limestone by that time.

Cheers

T
