yeah northern region stuff.
whangaroa is now 84 Hairy and chit chat 62 but it is manned by all those who listen in, many people dont realize that coast guard have moved in and run 84 for your T/Rs

This was probably put together by Coastguard Northern Region. The other regions probably do the same and maybe on their websites.

These are also available in a sticker format and are available at most boat yards. I grabbed a new one from Family Boats the other day :)

Cape Brett - Karikari:  Russell Radio Ch 63  0800 - 2000Hrs

(Note: Whangaroa maritime, was on Ch 62,  is currently unmanned)

Ch 16 International Distress - Safety and Calling Frequency.
Also Calling Channel Coastguard and other vessels. Except in an emergency
situation, move to a suitable working channel after making initial contact with
station being called.
Ch 60, 61, 83 Calling/Working Channel for Coastguard.
Far North.
Ch 64 Calling/Working Channel for Coastguard.
Whangarei.
Ch 66 Calling/Working Channel for Coastguard.
