Get any large meaty fish and gut it. Place inside the opening slices of Fennel and lem&#111;n and garlic. Seas&#111;n well. Rub the outside with butter. Wrap the whole fish in newspaper (Lots of it). Place the fish and newspaper in water until the whole thing is really wet. Place &#111;n a really hot&nbsp;BBQ and leave for about 30 minutes. Keeping your eye &#111;n it so make sure it doesnt burn too rapidly. After 30 mins throw water &#111;n it. Unwrap and serve. Lovely!!]]>
