I have got 4&nbsp;banana trees in the backyard specifically for this purpose, but during winter, the leaf tend to break up.</P>]]>

They BBQ the wings over charcoal with the skin &#111;n&nbsp;(wrapped in banana leaves during part of the cooking I think) with some kind of chili sauce&nbsp;applied before cooking&nbsp;then its like eating a flounder its got a soft b&#111;ney bit in the middle and you flip it over and eat the other side - these seem to be off small rays about 500 mil across. I'm going up there again so&#111;n, I'll see if I can get the recipe or I'll spy &#111;n them like I did &#111;ne other time but I drank too much tiger beer and couldn't retrieve the data the next day.]]>
