To start with Cover the bottom of an&nbsp;oven tray with finely chopped &#111;ni&#111;n and crushed&nbsp;pineapple, Put what ever fish or meat&nbsp;you are going to cook &#111;n top of that&nbsp;and then cover with more &#111;ni&#111;n and pineapple, add salt and pepper to taste, put a nob of butter &#111;n top of each piece,&nbsp;Pour some of the pineapple juice over the top,&nbsp;then sprinkle a teaspo&#111;n of chinese five spice over the whole lot,&nbsp;,Then bake&nbsp;till cooked in moderate oven,d&#111;nt over cook or tastes like cardboad. &nbsp;Heh heh heh remember first ya gotta catch &#111;ne, Cheers Spina.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </P>]]>
