    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=52947">KingfishSi</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1405<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01 May 2003 at 9:16am<br /><br />• 1 cooked crayfish<br>• 2 cups breadcrumbs<br>• 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped<br>• 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped<br>• 2 tbsp lem&#111;n juice<br>• zest of 1/2 lem&#111;n<br>• cracked pepper<br>• olive oil<br><br>Cut crayfish in 1/2 and remove flesh. Chop flesh into small pieces and return to shell.<br><br>Combine breadcrumbs, herbs, lem&#111;n juice and lem&#111;n zest, stir until well mixed. Seas&#111;n with cracked pepper.<br><br>Pour in enough olive oil to make mixture moist. Sprinkle over flesh side of each cray 1/2 until well coated.<br><br>Grill for 5 minutes or until golden.<br><br>Enjoy!<br>Kingfishsi]]>
