It sets pretty quickly but still allows time to "shape" it to the surrounds.]]>

JB Weld is a good epoxy but the Knead It type stuff is really good for building up an extra layer or two]]>

There are products such as 'knead it' that are like plasticine in consistency. Chop a bit off and knead it :) with your fingers - use gloves, that stuff sets very hard and is probably the best sort of product for that]]>
