Author: BobEinstein
Subject: 138568
Posted: 03 May 2024 at 7:41pm

Hello,

I am soft bait fishing from a kayak and I want to try, while I’m actively soft baiting, to have a slow jig going in a rod holder. And also to slowly tow it around while I’m heading to my spots.

I like having two rods going but the one in the holder, usually with another soft bait on, doesn’t tend to hook fish.

I can’t afford a jig rod at the moment so it would just be on one of my soft bait rods. I was thinking one of the 40g inchiku jigs. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Cheers!
