yep well, I have since ordered the same thing from another supplier and it is on the way within 2 days, sadly have written off $120 which is not much but I tried fb, IG, email, and messenger. If he can’t reply to one of those in 6 weeks then possibly doesn’t deserve customers, can’t defend that I’m sorry. Business is business, no customers, no business. That post doesn’t really cut the mustard.

If your business is under the pump, you still acknowledge your customers, and inform each of those with outstanding orders of your situation. Even more important, you notify them as to when they will receive their orders. If they aren’t satisfied with your timing, you make a full refund. This is in the interest of your business if you want customers to remain faithful, or give references.

This is especially relevant if you are a “small Kiwi business”. The alternative is you no longer are a business.

Hi Team

I know Hamish is really under the pump. I ordered a couple of lures in early 2023 and didn't get them for a while. A quick message to him and he confirmed he had received the order but was still going through back orders. He has since closed orders from my understanding to get through the back log.

Remember he is a small kiwi business going above and beyond. Give him a message on Instagram is my suggestion. You be stoked once you get the lures! They are amazing!
