Opened up the plug on the trailer and it had a big ants nest in it. One of the pins was squashed shut too and when I tried to spread it it snapped so replaced the plug and she’s all good now.

Alko NZ were as usefull as tits on a bull, my mate who was a auto sparky said it was that the compressor was getting enough voltage. Our truck was 24v so had to reduce the voltage down but even then we had issues. We wouldnt have a problem sometimes for months then all of a sudden it would start up again, was a prick when drivng and all of a sudden it would dump the air and brake lock on.

Sold the boat & trailer so dont kow if the new owner is having smae issue, he never said anything when I spoke to him recently and I cant ask my mate as he passed away couple years ago now.
