Sometimes will post direct from phone, though that's glitching for me these days. Or just save to PC and use the import button in the edit window.

I'd template with cardboard or cheap ply then fabricate. If DIY wood is much easier to work and hardwood or a sheet of marine ply, epoxy and paint isn't cost prohibitive. If Aluminium then you might need someone to form it for you.

This guys boat in Canada might give you some ideas. The windscreen detail is on page three, halfway down. I'm building the smaller 17'. He did an outstanding job; the windscreen looks fantastic.

APJaK CX19 Coastal eXplorer in Kelowna, BC - Page 3 - Boat Builder Central - Builder Forums

I’ve moulded a single piece of Perspex into the same shape etc so it fits on the hull perfectly.

The old windscreen was mounted to the hull with a single flat chrome bar around the bottom of the screen to the hull, and an aluminium tube sliced down the middle around the top.

I’m looking to completely scrap that idea, and build a frame correctly.

Any idea of where I would find the correct aluminium materials to do this? Anyone got any ideas or experience in rebuilding their windscreens?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
