In case you're not aware, and you don't mind buying new, Ebbtide in Australia has a few Jack Fins left of various sizes and both sinking/floating.  They usually get a big shipment every now and then - given Covid's impact on global shipping it's probably not that easy to get stock from Italy at the moment.
John is very reliable in terms of responsiveness and shipping to NZ.
