I dunno if I can match your culinary capers ... my stuff is simple like this......</P><P>Gurnard are kind of tasty but not too much &#111;n your average fish so sometimes I cook them whole.</P><P>Cut off the head and gut cavity</P><P>Slash the body diag&#111;nally&nbsp;three times or so ... the opposite way &#111;n the other side</P><P>splosh &#111;n some olive oil (or butter)</P><P>plenty salt and pepper</P><P>stick them under the grill &#111;n their side</P><P>when the skin goes crispy ... splosh &#111;n some more oil &amp; turn them over </P><P>sprinkle &#111;n lots of parsley</P><P>drink some beer and eat your fish</P><P>works a treat with flounder too but you d&#111;nt have to turn them over</P>]]>
