Drain off liquid and discard the solids.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>This is much more concentrated than shop bought stock and freezes well.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, good idea to cook this outside if you can.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>And for the chowder try using smoked fish instead of fresh</div>]]>
