I know it sounds stupid, but sometime I have found these units build up a bug, and it is only fixed by updating the software in the sounder.<br>Go to the simradsailing site, download the latest updates for your unit onto a clean micro SD, and load into your unit.<br>Failing that, give the guys at navico in auckland a call.<br>]]>

That's not running great either, though better than this. And no, I've never been able to get anything better than this. Annoying thing is the transducer is over a year old now, so I doubt burnsco would replace...I've tried connections but I wondered abut interference from other cables? Can't really re-route these easily so was hoping someone might have an idea before I tried...]]>
