A good second hand dedicated stickbait rod & one of the new Saragosa range to suit the line class of the rod would be my pick. That only works if you have the time or patience to wait for the right rod to come up second hand.

took the plunge and got a nice shiny saragosa 10000 sw spooled with 24kg braid and matched to a t-curve revo 10-24 8'2" sticky rod

all goes well will hopefully blood it tomorrow :)

Hi Kaimaikid. I pondered over this too. I have a Kilwell 10-15 limetip with a baitrunner for straylining and use a new BBE for topwater. I didnt want one rod to cover all as luck always has it, when you have a fillet of Kahawai out for XOS snapper, a friggin king cruises past.
