Top stuff and that attitude is the way to go. You'll get there. 

I doubt if will get back to old weight.. Maybe close Thu if go real hard on excerise and good diet
Cut sugar flour out cut right back on hi carb stuff like spuds and replace the volume with broccoli cali and cut right back on cheeses type stuff.
Biggest issue will be sugar addiction.. That's harder than you think..
Once you get back.. You will find that over many months /yr or so, espec over winter time.. you will put back on 5 or 10 kg
Then is a full on to get down for the next summer.
Once you get that back.. And looking maybe 3 /4 yrs from now, you will find it easy to drop the 3 to 5kg you gain over winter for the summer.
As to the wet suit size..
Drop the weight off 1st to establish your new weight margin, add a couple kg and then get a new suit to fit that.

I whacked on weight a few yrs back.. Due to disability stuff.. Dropped did the above.. Found that is how things work in the long term.
My wet suit is set at 82kg..hit 83 and.. Well don't bother trying to put on.. But easy over 3 or 4 days to drop down I to the 81kg.
My actual target.. From the original weight loss was 75.. I managed to hit and maintain around 78/79..winter gets upto 82/83.
Currently sitting 79.5 after the open heart surgery couple weeks back.
Don't think it is easy..
It means things like rules.. If over a target.. Mine 80kg..dont have a beer or brisket or a lolly.. Period.
Having legs that don't work well meant 4X 10 min sections a day on one of those slider excerise maintained.. Thats get a good sweat up plus another 5mins.
Its all about deciding hat you want and doing it

I dont think I will ever look like a 95kg solid muscle cut Rugby League centre again rofl.

But Ive also lost a lot of musle, so id say 85kg is my normal weight and my target weight now is 90-95kg, once Im there and Ive done back rehab for 9 months I will start using weight training. I could add body weight stuff now but I want to keep focussed.

My diet is so on point it would make you vomit with how ridiculously healthy it is. Yes sugar is a pain, so is coffee and so is wheat (its in everything). So I mostly eat whole vegetable/fruit foods, I also use a vegan protein powder just so the fruitose gets absorbed even slower. But if you eat your designated calories consistently through the day, blood sugar levels should not be a problem. I also have so many supplements for the MS, none taste bad though.

So if Im 3xl now, you are saying go with a 2xl etc?

The first 20kg will fall off fast, Ive seen my body do this before. Once Im below 100kg my auto immune anti bodies lower and I start to feel normal again, my thyroid issues go and the pain from early stage MS goes. The power of fruit and veg and good fats for the brain and anti oxidants for anti inflammatory.

People please vote yes to people being allowed to grow their own Cannabis medicine. I do think we need an age limit of course. I think following Canada is as easy as it gets. Also having access to all the strains in Cali that can help various pain and related illnesses. Its known cannabis opens the airways and broncials, so supposedly in Cali the doctors prescribe Cannabis as it has the reverse effect you think it would. Dont quote me, google haha.

This is the strain I want, ACDC 20:1 CBD to THC. The CBD is for the mind and body healing and the thc just lifts the mood a little.

You kinda lost me on the cannabis steps haha. It doesnt cure everything, but its proven to cure some things and inflammation is one of the basics, that cause cancer. Stopping cell splitting etc.

If its like some other places its 4 plants per person, you should get a pound from a plant. But we will see what they advise. I might move to  Canberra end of this year. NZ is just too far behind the times with Jacinda in the PM seat where she shouldnt be given she renegged basically on the deal that got her the PM gig.

for me im unlikely to feel a high from the ACDC plants if they allow us to import the Cali seeds which have sooooo many solutions, but ACDC is more about reducing inflammation in the body and brain.

You dont have to smoke weed that gets your blasted, thats a thing of the past. Cannabis has moved on so far now the major Pharma companies own all the big Cannabis farms in Cali etc because they know there is major theraputic benefits and they can cash in from a plant as well as their synthetic medications, which do truely mess your head up. Just give people the option, people are allowed to drink alcohol, lets be fair considering the harm alcohol does, and I cant believe tobacco is still legal.

As long as your brain is developed there is negligible possibilities of negative side effects. Of course a paranoid psychotic who smokes a sativa might get more paranoid, but these sorts are likely smoking crystal anyway. Give people the option to deliver a safe product that they can grow themselves. It may not benefit everyone medically, but the other side is, some people including Doctors and Lawyers in NZ like to smoke and get baked, so why should they lose their license over smoking a herb. They arent hurting anybody. Work place testing can tell how long ago the product was consumed so thats a non issue.

In regards to the wetsuit thing. The key to a good wetsuit is the fit for your body shape.
Brand doesnt matter too much although yes some do wear quicker than others.

Beuchat suit was terrible for me. Arguably the coldest suit ive ever had to swim around because im built like a twig..
Riffe suit was lovely fantastic. Destroyed it within 1 year 3months with only diving every 2nd weekend of the year (4-6hrs in the water each time though)

Current suit is the moray suit with whatever weird glue moray use that goes all sticky. Yeah the glues a pain however stops the stitching coming apart so appears to be lasting considerably longer than the riffe suit and half the blimmin cost.

As for dropping a suit size. Too tight of a suit is more painful than freezing to death in my eyes.. Although for a thin bloke I don't feel the cold anywhere near as much as others do.. Lifes short get out there nd go for it
