Mercury Marine celebrates its 80th anniversary this year, and the company’s unmatched experience and technology will be on full display at the 2019 Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show.
This includes Mercury’s new range of V-8 and V-6 outboards, from 175hp all the way to 300hp. These naturally aspirated, durable, powerful engines provide deliver muscular performance while remaining quiet, efficient, and reliable.
Mercury’s all-new 400hp Verado outboard will also be there. Built on Mercury’s proven L6SC Verado platform, and weighing just 303 kgs, the newest Verado is easily the lightest outboard in its class. It puts more power in the water while providing the smooth, quiet operation Verado outboards are known for.
Visitors will be able to inspect Mercury’s a new line of 3.0-litre diesel engines, suitable for sterndrive, inboard and water-jet applications.
Mercury’s ultra-lightweight portable outboards will be on hand as well, featuring battery-free EFI for fast, dependable starting, instant throttle response and better overall performance.
