Kahawai Bake in Foil |

1x whole kahawai filleted leaving skin on.
12 sliced black olives
Sea salt and black pepper
1x lemon cut into slices
1x red 7 1x green capsicum
4x spring onion
1x cup olive oil
1x stalk celery finely sliced
100 gm butter1-2 x tsp crushed chili
1x tsp garlic crushed or 1x clove
1x large onion sliced
Fillet the kahawai leaving the skin on but removeing the bones
Sear in a hot pan with the oil
Place the onion rings on a well buttered or oiled foil sheet then place the filets and every thing else on top.
Season well then seal and bake for 25 minutes with the lid down on the BBQ.
Serve on a plate in the foil with a fresh green salad and Kikkoman or chili sauce on the side.
