Ingredients1x whole kahawai filleted leaving skin on. MethodFillet the kahawai leaving the skin on but removeing the bones Sear in a hot pan with the oil Place the onion rings on a well buttered or oiled foil sheet then place the filets and every thing else on top. Season well then seal and bake for 25 minutes with the lid down on the BBQ. Serve on a plate in the foil with a fresh green salad and Kikkoman or chili sauce on the side.
