1-2 flounder For the seasoning2 1/2 tablespoons paprika Place all ingredients in a airtight jar and shake to combine. This will keep for at least a couple of months in a pantry. MethodPlace 2x tsp of the seasoning mixture into the flour and stir to combine. Next dredge the flounder through the flour then place into a preheated pan of clarified butter with lemon oil to cook until golden on each side. Turn out and serve with lemon cheeks and micro salad greens on the side.
