Ingredients
Snapper fillets
4x cups Orange juice
4x cups Grapefruit juice
1x cup Lime juice
8x tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
1x tsp Cayenne
8 Tbsp Soy sauce.
4x tbsp crushed Garlic
Method:
Combine the citrus juice, parsley, cayenne, chopped garlic, and soy sauce in a shallow dish. Add the fish and place into the fridge for four hours turning once. Remove wrap in alfoil, and bake on the BBQ.
