Save your trailer light plug and cable

After parking the trailer outside in our car park area and having people run over light cable severing it and breaking points several times, I came up with a solution to fix it once and for all.

I found an old female light plug (the one that’s connected to your vehicle ) and attached it to the drawbar.

Now when I park up the trailer all I have to do is plug the male plug in to the what is now a 'protector'  plug and that keeps it safe and sound until the next time I use the trailer.. No more time spent in the garage not fishing trying to fix up plugs.
