Fishing rod eyes with ceramic inserts

There is nothing more annoying than when you find your rod has suffered a bit of a knock which has caused the ceramic insert to dislodge from a rod eye. This can easily be avoided by putting a single drop of superglue on the join between the insert and the metal ring of the eye and letting the glue run right around the join. I have never lost an insert again since giving my eyes this simple treatment. P.S. 4 tubes of superglue for $2 at the $2 shops.
