All rivers are still dirty though not high. The Tutaekuri will be the first to clear in 24 to 48 hours if there is no further rain. Lake Tutira has rised half a metre in the last few days and is fishing well to both nymph and wet fly techniques. The sea remains rough and dirty and there is little fishing being done. When it settles fishing on the beaches north of Napier should be very good. We hope last nights earthquake disturbed a few biggies from the depths!
