Fishing Reports

Great fishing today, the easterly stirred things up and its all go.

The gamefish are on the bite up here, out the back of Stevies up to Berghans seemed to be the days hot spot.

The kings are on the move in and some good ones caught and lost today and the good news is the barracouta have nearly all gone.

Snapper fishing is picking up with some good fish caught, kahawai are on the north ground and ruahine reef areas, also trevally, and a lot of rat kings are in these same areas too.

Plenty of live bait in the harbour which is a plus for this time of the year as they can be used to target all fish.
